phgolden is not responsible for third-party payment processing delays, network outages, or technical failures outside its reasonable control, including failures of GCash, PayMaya, or any Philippine bank's infrastructure.
phgolden reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where phgolden reasonably believes that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity has occurred on the account; (c) the Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 10; or (d) closure is required under applicable law or PAGCOR regulatory direction.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phgolden's support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable time.
If a Player has a complaint or dispute regarding any phgolden game outcome, payment, bonus, or account decision, the Player must contact phgolden's support team via live chat within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. phgolden will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
If a Player is not satisfied with phgolden's resolution, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official player complaint channels. PAGCOR's determination shall be binding on phgolden with respect to matters within its regulatory jurisdiction.
phgolden reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification to their registered address and/or a prominently displayed notice on the phgolden platform at least 7 days before the amendments take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or PAGCOR regulation.
A Player's continued use of the phgolden platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If a Player does not accept the amended terms, they must close their account before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms & Conditions and all matters relating to the phgolden platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement that cannot be resolved through phgolden's internal complaints procedure or PAGCOR mediation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
